Building standards ministerial view: application form
Form to apply for a ministerial view on compliance with building standards on specific building work.
This application is submitted jointly by the local authority verifier and the applicant. There are five different categories of information you will need to complete the form:
- name and location of building or site to which the application relates
- building standard
- general description and basis of referral
- supporting information
- list of documents provided to support the request
