Take Life On

The Scottish Government's "Take Life On Campaign" suggests small, achievable lifestyle changes that can help you feel better and improve your health.

These include daily increases in physical activity, advice on healthy eating and how to encourage physical activity and general information on improving your health and wellbeing.

By combining physical activity with a healthier lifestyle, the population of Scotland can benefit while easing the pressure put on our health services caused by inactivity and poor diet and lifestyle choices, in turn helping to create a healthier, smarter, stronger Scotland.
