The consultation proposes a 30 day time limit for seeking permission to appeal a decision of either the First-tier Tribunal or Upper Tribunal for Scotland.

 

The consultation also seeks views on draft regulations that create generic offences in relation to proceedings within both the First-tier and Upper Tribunal for Scotland.
