Consultation Responses – Proposals for a Harbours (Scotland) Bill
Responses to the consultation published on 21 August 2014
The consultation paper sought views on a proposed Harbours (Scotland) Bill which would seek to address a number of issues concerning current harbours legislation. The main purpose, however of the Bill is to resolve an issue which has implications for Trust Ports (now or potentially in the future) and for Scottish Government – the repeal of section 10 of the Ports Act 1991 as it applies to Scotland.
This page hosts the non-confidential responses to the Consultation.
