This is the first Implementation plan for delivering Everyone Matters: 2020 Workforce Vision. It sets out five priorities for action by NHS Boards and the support they will be given. The five priorities are:
- Healthy organisational culture
- Sustainable workforce
- Capable workforce
- Integrated workforce
- Effective leadership and management.
The Implementation framework sets out the arrangements for holding Boards to account for delivering the commitments in Everyone Matters. It should be used by Boards to suppoort their work with partners in local authorities and the third and independent sectors in taking forward the integration of health and social care.
