Reform of Personal Bankruptcy Legislation in Scotland
The Executive has published a consultation paper on the reform of personal bankruptcy legislation. This consultation presents the Executive's views on how we can modernise personal bankruptcy laws to meet the needs of individuals and businesses in a modern Scotland. We are very interested in your views on these proposals.

The response paper is provided to allow you to submit your responses electronically (preferred) or by post. You can focus only on those questions in which you have a particular interest and your views on the potential reform of any area of personal bankruptcy are very welcome.
