Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 - code of practice updates: consultation - Easy Read
We are consulting on proposed updates to parts of volume 1 of the Mental Health Code of Practice, focusing specifically on the use of restraint and seclusion. The consultation will also seek views on updates to chapter 14 and a new chapter 17 of the Code.

What Easy Read is
Easy read is a way of making information easier to understand for people with learning disabilities. Lots of other people find easy read useful too, particularly anyone who finds it hard to read English.
