Scotland's Veterans Champions

What is a Veterans champion and what do they do?

Local authorities as well as NHS health boards in Scotland have champions who are in place to help ensure that the needs of the ex-serving community are met.

More information on local authority Veterans Champions and NHS Veterans Champions can be found below.

Local Authority Veterans Champions

Local authority champions are councillors who have volunteered to provide support to veterans in their area who may be faced with a range of difficulties, such as access to housing.
